The letters of Zeno, to the citizens of Edinburgh, on the present mode of electing a member of Parliament for that city. To which is prefixed, a letter to the Right Honourable William Pitt, Chancellor of the Exchequer, on the political state of the Scottish burghs, in which a change is suggested on constitutional principles.
