Created in the style of a children's pop-up book, using themes and imagery from nursery rhymes (with sections headed: Jack Be Nimble; Jack and Jill; Hey Diddle Diddle; Little Bo Peep; Humpty Dumpty; and Mary, Mary, quite contrary). Consists of 7 double-page spreads of colorful pop-up and movable illustrations. The first six page openings each have a mini-booklet (9 x 10 cm.) mounted in the lower right corner, containing financial and statistical data for the company. A sheet of summarizing data is mounted inside the back cover, facing a page which features caricatures of the board of directors.
