 Notes:  Forms part of the American Institute of Physics' Niels Bohr Library Miscellaneous Physics Collection. A statement of the Low Temperature Science Steering Group to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration that, according to Donnelly, resulted in a revival of NASA's low temperature program. The paper discusses the workshop held in January 1994 with approximately 70 low temperature physicists and experts in space research. They presented a wide range of low temperature experiments as candidates for the microgravity environment, and encouraged NASA to open the space program to these kinds of experiments. Includes a chronological list of significant low temperature experiments (1869-1992).
