- Early Yale Documents Collection: Documents concerning the history of Yale, including its founding and curriculum.
- Ezra Stiles Collection: Documents of Ezra Stiles, who notably lectured on mathematics and astronomy in Yale’s early days.
- Principia and Optics first editions: These may be the copies that Edwards studied when learning about Newton.
