The Consortium offers Emanuel Fellowships for independent scholars, Research Fellowships and Dissertation Completion Fellowships each year for scholars in the history of science, technology or medicine, broadly construed. Project Description

An abstract limited to 150 words
A single PDF file, single-spaced, in Times New Roman font, no smaller than 11 pt type with at least 1” margins:

  • Curriculum vitae, 3 pages maximum
  • Project description explaining the research project, planned outcome, and how it will advance scholarship, 6 pages maximum
  • References cited in the project description, 2 pages maximum

Recommendation Letters

Contact information for two recognized scholars who will be asked to submit letters of recommendation. Due 15 days after the application deadline.
